Our client, amultinational corporation providing medical & securityservices & products to international organisations.


  • Support the claims process for the Integrated Healthcare Delivery Overseas Program, focusing on ensuring claims submitted are duly reimbursed for Asia Pacific
  • Work within Provider Support Services Team and interact with a number of cross-functional teams, and the TOP Claims Processing Subcontractor (WPS)
  • Responsible for the reconciliation of payment received from WPS and escalate any abnormalities to the PSS Manager
  • Ensure that claims submitted to WPS are processed in a timely and accurate way, to meet both external and internal KPIs
  • Track, trend, categorise and report on all claims related matters
  • Work with the Provider Support Service Network team to identify where necessary specific providers plus investigate and report on their issues
  • Point of contact for leading resolution of claims related complaints
  • Carry out administrative function such as monitoring of Billing and Claims mailbox on rotational basis


  • Possess a Degree / Diploma with at least 2 years of Claims experience, preferably from health insurance industry
  • Possess knowledge of CPT (HCPCS) and ICD-9-CM or ICD-10-CM coding across a variety of specialties, with knowledge of NCCI edits or AMA CPT coding guidelines
  • Possess experience in filing and following up with medical claims appeals
  • Possess experience in data analysis and presentation
  • Medical Coding Certificate, including CS, CCS-P, CPC or other medical coding credential is highly advantageous
  • Prior experience working within a matrix organization is highly advantageous
  • Strong customer service skills and commitment to quality
  • Ability to break down and explain complex processes clearly and concisely, both in written and oral communications
  • Ability to interface with multiple users across the organization
  • Proficient in IT skills
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in Japanese / Korean language is highly advantageous
  • Open to Singaporean / Singapore PR only
