In summary: Required to build his/her team, breakthrough, brings revenue, serve the acquired clients well, grow the accounts and sell our New Business Outsourcing plan from Cyber Security.

  • Build the business into sustainable growth by generating revenues and increase in market share through client advocacy and strong client relationship.
Job Duties/ Descriptions:
  • Responsible for the overall management of all strategic, sales and operational activities. Example: Manage the key Account Managers (AM) team, Client Relationship, sales and marketing functions of the business.
  • Required to interact with clients and open the door for a relationship to ensue and maintain that relationship.
  • Lead and mentor AM team successfully.
  • Look at long-term projections and creates strategies the AM team can incorporate to meet their goals.
  • Direct much of its planning internally, projecting how growth affects the entire company.
  • Develop and implement strategies together with the leadership team according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth.
  • Formulate and direct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc.)
  • Carrying out the risk assessment when taking on new client accounts.
  • Review existing contracts and making recommendations on commerciality.
  • Work closely with the marketing team, interpreting market trends and adapting to industry changes.
  • Analyzing opportunities and making recommendations for growth and performing due diligence.
Skills and Competencies:-
  • Proven experience in sales and/or marketing and managing relationships with key clients
  • Great leadership skills
  • Creative strategist with excellent organizational abilities
  • In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis
  • Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Other Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Science & Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Have leads or strong networks
  • Has been liaising with Clients from B2B space
  • Industry: IT / Banking / Insurance
