Main Job Scope
Plan,co-ordinate,direct and evaluate all daily operational activities in the department.
Provision of patient education and comprehensive counseling patients going for admission.
This includes pre-operation and financial counseling for specific speciatly with good nursing knowledge of the surgeries,consumable and implant used.
Collaborate with the operating theatre in listing of surgical procedures with optimization of surgeons and operating theatre's resources and time management.
Close monitoring and review of patient's treatment progress,including arrangement of all appointment,investigation results and relevant follow up actions
Updated patient's progress to their families or next of kin,if required
Secondary Job Scope
Assist physicians to ensure that prompt replies to their referrals are done
Assist clinic manager/nurse manager to ensure that clinic KPI are met
Guide new/junior staff in their work
Requirement: Diploma or Degree in Nursing (Fresh graduates may apply) Half year contract with permanent staff benefit/ High chances for deployment
