Job Descriptions

  • Ensure proper handling, cleanliness and maintainence of kitchen equipment and work area.
  • Exercise and adhere to the company standards on dish/food preparation, presentation and time frame.
  • Enable and Monitor the proper storage and maintenance of all stored food items at individual section/station
  • Ensure a professional attire and personal hygiene at all time.
  • Exercise inventory updating, manage supplies receiving and proper organization of cold/dry storage areas or sections
  • Ensure optimal kitchen and store cleaninliness, kitchen safety, food and personal hygiene and sanitation.


  • No experience required. Training will be provided.
  • For Leading Cooks: At least 1 year of experience working in a Japanese restaurant.
  • Able to perform shifts including weekends and Public Holidays
  • With experience will consider as Senior Commis position.
  • Motivated Individual with a passion for Japanese Cuisine
  • A team player and able to work in fast-paced environment
  • Able to perform shifts including weekends and Public Holidays

About This Company
