Our client is a global company looking for suitable candidate to head the regional compensation and benefits team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain global benefits overview information, monitor competitiveness, risk and cost effectiveness of benefit programs, assist Regional HR to implement major benefit project.
  • Provide advice to Regional HR and BU head on compensation matters: job pricing, promotion reviews, special salary adjustments, job grading and title.
  • Manage global compensation structure by contributing to the analysis and development of policy, projects, processes and systems.
  • Analyse company compensation data to assess the competitiveness globally. Propose salary adjustments, salary increments and supporting BU head and Regional HR to implement salary review process.
  • Prepare analyses of compensation issues and policy proposals.
  • Develop incentive scheme planning and roll out changes globally.
  • Steer Compensation & Benefit Committee preparation and follow through with the top management. Keep action plans and develop follow through actions.
  • Develop strategic compensation & benefits global plan for the company.

                     
Requirement:

  • Bachelor Degree in  Business or Economics. MBA is preferred.
  • 8-10 years of Compensation & Benefits or HR related experience.
  • Familiar with Global Strategic Compensation & Benefits practices is a must.
  • Strong presentations, communication and problem solving Skills. Good in handling objections and ability to seize out issue.
  • Strong experience in using global Job Evaluation System.
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese is preferred.
