Our Client is a multi-national company with global presence within the general insurance industry. They are seeking an Audit Manager to execute testing and reviews across the organization.The successful candidate can look forward to participate in related meetings and complete all required documentation that supports the work performed and make presentation in clear and concise senior audiences.
You will be task to recommend ratings for both issues and reports based on the work performed and communicate test results with compliance and business management. Providing direction and coaching senior reviewers with aim to identifying staff to recommend opportunities for development.
Ideally you should have 8 years’ experience in similar role within the risk and evaluating control design and effectiveness. Experience in leading small teams during the audit cycle, ability to build talent and motivate, influence to create opportunities. Strong communication skills and ability to do presentation to higher management is highly desired. Regional travelling is required for the role and understanding in insurance/banking audit is definitely an added advantage.
