Job Descriptions

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support audio events/conferences in Asia Pacific Region.
  • Answer queries about Company’s services, general enquiries, technical related enquiries and escalate to sales & technical team
  • Answer calls from customers calling in from different parts of Asia Pacific and connect them into the audio meeting
  • Take reservations for conference calls for clients.



Key Requirements:

  • Min. 1 year of customer service experience, business to business experience preferred but not necessary
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to details and accuracy
  • Able to diffuse customer complaints and turn irate customers into advocates
  • Passion and motivation for exceptional customer service
  • Able to work on weekdays, weekends and night shift (rotating), inclusive of public holidays
