Job Descriptions

  • Assist the HR Managerin HR activities
  • Responsible for the administrative aspects of HR functions within the company
  • Assist in recruitment matters, such as job posting, screening, interviews invitation, work pass applications, employment contract, etc
  • Preparing performance appraisals / award programs / feedbacks generation

Job Requirement

  • Diploma with 1 year of HR admin experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with other internal departments and outside partners to coordinate activities.
  • Able to start IMMEDIATELY
