To assist Superintendent (Production) and Department in achieving smooth and safe day to day operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Full support to production shift in the day to day operations.
Ensure the optimal inventory of monomers, raw materials, chemicals, materials, packaging materials production miscellany and spare parts for processes, waste treatment and product packaging.
Receiving of raw material and check against “Delivery Order” and “Certificate of Analysis”.
Forklift truck operations for raw materials receiving, dissolving and make up, waste treatment, disposal and general plant operations.
Collect field data; assist in WIP processing and conduct daily stock check of raw materials.
Assist production shift in “Code Name Change” and process upset works.
Assist the Superintendent (Production) in product packing operations.
Minor maintenance of plant and equipment, housekeeping of workplace and waste dispose.
Daily, monthly and annual utilities and raw materials receiving and consumption records, variance and loss analysis and actions.
Assist Superintendent on implementation of “Safety Management System” and “ISO 9000”.
Other tasks as and when required
Job Requirement:
3 to 5 years experience in Petrochemical/chemical industry.
Preferably with GCE’O’ Level or at least “N” Level or NTC-2
Must be able to work long hours and must be physically fit and healthy.
Good strong communication skill both in spoken and written.

Please note that this is a yearly renewable contract position.
Working location @ Jurong Island (transport provided)
Salary package: Base salary / Shift allowance $750 / Site allowance $220
