Job scope (including, but not limited to):
  • Work with a small back of house team under the direction of head chef
  • Preparation of ala carte and daily items
  • Proactively work with the chefs introduce new and exciting items to the menu on a regular basis
  • Controlling costs and following SOP


  • Minimum 1 to 2 Years in a similar role in a restaurant
  • Must be able to work in a team-based environment;
  • A strong sense of responsibility, honesty and maturity is required
