Job Descriptions

Our client, an established regional organization, is seeking dynamic individuals to apply for:





  • Provide reception service for guests and visitors at the Corporate Office
  • Attend to incoming calls
  • Handle outgoing mails and liaise with international and local courier companies
  • Handle incoming mails and arrange for internal distribution
  • Generate simple reports
  • Provide administrative support in Director’s Office as and when required
  • Any other general administrative duties as assigned


  • Diploma / GCE ‘A’ / GCE ‘O’ Level
  • Pleasant disposition with positive working attitude
  • Responsible and motivated individual
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in customer service will be a plus
