Duties
Leading a team in the planning and executing of company's branding activities including but not limited to strategic branding, brand protection, website management, corporate advertising, exhibition, sponsorship, and outdoor signages in South East Asia and India
Develop and conceptualise corporate advertising plans that are in line with the Corporate & Asian Business Plan which requires strong collaboration with business groups, group companies, HQ and various local offices in this region
Partner closely with external advertising agencies to develop strategies that drive effective advertising campaigns to achieve the objectives of raising brand image and awareness
Oversea the management of graphic guidelines, standards, promotion and governance of websites accordingly to HQ’s guidelines
Drive initiatives and platforms designed to analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing corporate communication initiatives and strategies in target countries
Proactively manage the quality and output of supporting agents to achieve advertising objectives whilst achieving good ROI
Involve in yearly budget proposal cycle and day-to-day control and follow up
Requirements
Degree in Mass Communications discipline or equivalent
Minimum 10 years' experience in corporate branding related roles
Possess excellent analytical, presentation, written and communication skills
Ability to anaylyse results of marketing research
Good team player and able to establish good relationships with relevant stakeholders including internal staff, in Singapore and SEA Group of Companies, HQ and external vendors
Applicants with regional experience preferred
Frequent travelling is expected
