Responsibilities:
This position will be a vital member of the sales team responsible for promoting the executive and leadership development programmes.
- Cold calling on leads obtained from various sources, particularly ‘Fournaise’ or similar online marketing performance tool.
- Prepare sales proposals.
- Deliver sales presentation with strong emphasis on the company’s product and value proposition.
- Provide client advisory and manage client relationships which may include assisting in identifying/profiling their client’s staff training needs.
- Develop new accounts and manage existing accounts.
- Assist the Management in marketing, events, exhibitions and other promotional activities.
Requirements:
- Diploma in business, marketing or related fields
- Experience in Education industry an advantage
- Solid presentation skills – must be comfortable presenting to C-level and HR audience.
- Passion for sales, goal setter and results-oriented
