Our client, a well established MNC company, they are currently looking for a Country Accountant to join their growing organization.
Salary: up to $4,300 Work Location: Near Chinatown MRT Work Days: 5 days Work Terms: Permanent
Responsibilities:
• To provide accounting & controlling services to Regional Office. • To prepare and perform analysis on Sales, Operating Expenses, Operating Working Capital and Capital Expenditures for the region. • To Performs analysis on profit contribution, operating expenses and operating working capital for PC business segment and make recommendations on areas of improvements so as to capture value. • Prepares transfer pricing simulations for the entities, propose transfer prices and maintain transfer prices in SAP for the region. • Responsible for the overall accounting, including monthly closing of accounts. • Prepare and submit management reporting package to Business HQ monthly and Corporate HQ quarterly within the reporting timeline/requirements. • Co-ordinate and organise the preparation of forecast/budget including submission of finalised forecast to Business HQ. • Plan and organise external audit, prepare and present local statutory accounts in accordance with local requirements for external use. • Co-ordinate fiscal related issues/initiatives (like transfer pricing) for the region. • Maintain vendor master data for countries in the region. • Acts as a backup for activities relating to accounting function; maintenance of master records in SAP for the region. • Other ad hoc projects and tasks.
Requirements:
• Min. ACCA/ Degree in Accountancy with at least 3 years accounting experience. • Good experience in handling full set of accounts & tax returns. • Experience in SAP/ Hyperion preferred. • Proficient in Microsoft Office. • knowledge in international accounting standards is an advantage. • Good team player with good interpersonal & communication skills. • Mature, independent & well-organzied individual with initiative. • Singaporeans & PR only.
