  • Recruiting, scheduling and responding to the needs of sea staff
  • The administration of sea staff including arrangements for travel, accommodation, visas, etc.
  • Implementation & administration of systems & policies for the Crew Department and sea staff in accordance to the Company's ISO and STCW Standards
  • Performance management


  • Recognised Degree/Diploma in Maritime Studies
  • At least 2 years' experience in an administrative position
  • Knowledge of standard MS Office software
  • Being resourceful and organized
  • Good administrative and interpersonal skills
  • Experience/ knowledge in the management of sea-going staff would be an asset
