As a CRM specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a model for managing our marketing initiatives for current and potential customers through direct channels which include social media, website, mobile application, and email. You will also work with a team to conceptualise and execute personalised and/or integrated marketing campaigns to drive the E-commerce strategy and generate revenue for the entire SIA network. This role involves reviewing service vendors and CRM tools for our needs on the E-commerce front, as well as close coordination with our IT department to implement projects and initiatives.
You should possess a good university degree, preferably with honours, and sharp commercial acumen. You should have at least 5 years of relevant working experience, with a good understanding of the E-commerce environment. You should have a sound understanding of customer profiling, motivation and behaviour. Prior experience in direct marketing strategy formulation and implementation is necessary. Experience in the usage of automated marketing systems as well as data analytics tools would be strongly preferred. You should be a person with strong drive, creativity and be able to lead to a team effectively.
