Requirements
• Min 4 years and above work experience in MS Dynamics CRM 2015 / 2013 projects for mid to large scale implementation / maintenance project.
• Good knowledge in Implementation Methodology for Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related Microsoft technologies
• Experience in Development for CRM, .NET, SSRS, and SSIS
• Knowledge of Integration of Microsoft Dynamics to other applications
• Good to have CRM 2015 / 2013 experience
• Experience in SharePoint developer and Power BI experience would be a plus
• Clear communicator (written and verbal)
• Good documentation skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent
• Good to have Microsoft Certification

Responsibilities
• To develop, support and maintain Microsoft CRM applications
• To handle day to day operations which includes bug fixing and enhancements based on the customer
• To provide Technical support to Client users in accessing the CRM applications
• Troubleshoot and Debug systems under maintenance with ability to identify and resolve critical technical issues
• To handle the CRM Servers and do the monthly data patching during downtime exercise
• To Work proactively in identifying issues and provide necessary documents for the client IT Department
• Should possess relevant experience in disaster recovery exercise
• Adherence to SLA’ and monthly/weekly reporting to Client management.
• Participate in Presales functions as and when required
