Jobs scope

  • To assist customers on various issues or feedbacks via inbound phone calls and emails
  • To follow up with customers on issues that could not be resolved in the same call.
  • Create Log entry in internal system to maintain record on customer's enquiries.
  • Escalate issues to team lead or manager when necessary
  • Handling of general enquires
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Able to work any 5 working days from Monday to Sunday
  • $7.50 per hr. Public Holiday = $15 per hr
  • 830am to 6pm/10am to 8pm ( Latest is 8pm)
  • 2min walk from Bukit Merah Interchange
  • Nearest MRT: Redhill MRT
