We are looking for a committed, resposible and bright individual to come onboard as a customer relations executive. You will be at the voice of our company, and will be the first point of contact to our discerning clientele. We are looking for an individual who is service oriented and has strong interpersonal skills, as well as someone who thrives on challenges.
We value our staff, and as one of us, you will be part of a tight-knit team, and upon reaching set KPI, monthly and yearly bonus incentives will be provided.
Starting salary $2000, will be reviewed upon confirmation of full time contract.
- 5 days a week, including one weekend a week
- 12pm to 8pm weekdays, 10am to 7pm weekends
- Provide comprehensive and excellent service by interacting with clients on the phone and via emails. Includes replying of emails, phone calls etc.
- Handling of customer feedback, including provididng help and advice to clients
- Overview and recording of discussions and correspondence with clients
- Scheduling of bookings and sessions of clients and part-time staff
- Self-motivated and strong in relationship building
- Positive work attitude with high degree of initiative and drive
- Keen to work with a cheerful, warm team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both on the phone and computer
- Diploma holders and above.
- Singaporeans & SPRs are preferred.
