  • Handling machine questions/issues

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer relationship centers with up market customers
  • Expertise in verbal communication for each type of customer (open minded, listening, understanding of customer's needs and ability to capture customer's interest)
  • Good problem identification and solving skills
  • Ability to work under stress and to multi task
  • Strong passion and interest in coffee, knowledge or experience in this area would be an added advantage
  • Amustto speak Cantonese fluently
  • Amustto read and write in Traditional Mandarin
