Responsibilities:
Provide world class customer service in the APAC region to achieve desired sales targets, including in-region AOG support.
Perform order administration activities including order processing and providing quotations, conducting investigations and resolving complex customer issues & ensure compliance with US and Asian Export Control Regulations
Build relationships with key customers in the region by partnering with Manager and designated BD staff for Intertrade ; uncover new business opportunities
Provide regional market intelligence for Intertrade Headquarters in US
Requirements:
5 or more years of experience of relevant aviation experience
Experience from aviation industry a must; APAC experience highly desirable
Good understanding of the surplus/spares marketplace,
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Customer focus; independent and self motivated
