Job Descriptions

  • Attend to customer queries via phone calls and emails
  • Liaise with customers for pending cheques; record receiving cheques and forward all received cheques and claims to Sin Ming outlet
  • Update enquiry forms for respective Sales Representative
  • File up finished job documents (Job Sheet, Quotation, DO, Invoice)
  • Update the paid up customer in database
  • Update daily sale reports
  • File up the movement entries
  • Prepare and mail out Warranties
  • Manage incoming and incoming mails
  • Check with store with incoming orders
  • Issue punch cards to new hires and submit Installers’ punch cards, OT and incentive claims to HR
  • Maintain pantry and stationary supplies
