Customer Service Assistant (Part-Time)
- Provision of quality customer service and attending to phone enquiries (back-end).
- Building of rapport with clients.
- Taking down orders for courier service.
- Assisting in tracking courier movements and any problems encountered in deliveries.
- Basic administration duties.
- Similar experience in customer service, especially in courier / mailroom / logistics / warehouse / operation environment is most advantageous.
- Relevant experience in customer service / tele-sales / travel / hospitality will be useful.
- Students upon graduation with little working experience or fresh from National Service are welcome, as trainings will be provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Independent yet works well in a team environment.
- Willing and able to assist in performing overtime, when required.
- Committed and highly dedicated to roles and responsibilities.
- Students and housewives are welcome.
- Flexible working days and hours, as well as duration of contract are negotiable. Personal preferred weekly schedule is to be submitted 1 week ahead to management for approval.
