Over the past decade They have developed an exceptionally strong presence and track record in Singapore and within South East Asia region.  As a company whose competence is in enabling customers to enjoy Just-In-Time components procurement, supply chain strategy is a core of their business. In order to support rapid and aggressive expansion, they are looking for talented and dynamic professionals to join them for the following position.


The Assistant Manager supports the Senior Customer Service Manager in her duties to oversee and ensure smooth operation of the CS Team.  His/her responsibilities include:

- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues escalated by CS members, and implement preventive measures

- Explore ways to enhance staff’s productivity and quality of service to customers

- Regular review of work flow and propose improvement to ensure smooth daily operation 

- Review current processes, create new processes and update operation manuals to keep it up to date- Ensure proper recording and accuracy of data kept for KPI reporting

- Collate and prepare reports for management reporting

- Analyze and report customer service activity

- Update and maintain customer registration and manage database master

- Manpower deployment to handle overflowing tasks across sections

- Provide training and guidance to team members or new hires

- Plan and maintain members’ working schedule

- Conduct weekly meeting- Verify documents (e.g. Credit/Debit Note)

- Participate in CS projects

In addition to managerial duties, the Assistant Manager is expected to maintain a hand-on approach to daily operation including:

- Monitor order processing status and ensure that orders are processed within the various cut-off time

- Cover operation duties when the team is shorthand due to unforeseen circumstances 

- Liaise with Sales Team and Accounts Team over AR matters and suspension of account

- Assist in general product inquiry, customer feedback or complaints

- Liaise with Business Development Team and supplier on customer’s orders, product claims and return cargos

- Liaise with Sales Team and Shipping Team on customers’ orders and delivery status


- Minimum Diploma holder

- 3-5 years Customer Service experience (preferably in a trading company) and at least 1 year at supervisory level

- Service-oriented and good customer service skills

- Able to handle stress in a high volume and fast-pace environment

- Possess initiative, analytical and able to multi-task

- Proficient in MS Office

- Willing to work on Saturdays/Public Holidays on rotation basis

- 5-day work week, including Saturdays and Public Holidays 

- On rotating shift: 8:30am ~ 5:30pm or 10:00am ~ 7:00pm on weekdays (quarterly or half-yearly cycle) and 9:00am ~ 6:00pm on Saturdays / Public Holidays
