CUSTOMER SERVICE ASST (COUNTER OPERATIONS)
Location: Somerset
Working hour: 8.30am-5.30pm (Mon-Fri), 8.30an-12.30pm (Sat)
Temp Rate: $7/hour
At the counter, Handling general and account-related enquiries
Making payment arrangements for arrears in the bills over the counter
Training provided.
Requirements:
Diploma/ O/A level with 1-2 year experience in customer service/ frontline environment.
*STUDENTS/ FRESH Graduates able to commit to 4 month temp period are welcome to apply; training provided.
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
Good written and communication skills
