Job Descriptions

-Respond to incoming requests for cancellation of services and convince customers to stay


-Handle challenging situations of complain and queries

 

-Proper documentation of reasons why customers are dissatisfied

 

-Perform outbound calls to customers who might cancel their services and investigate the reasons behind them


Job Benefits
