Customer Service Executives for Games Needed!
  • Handle incoming email and phone enquiries on games
  • Able to make decisions through appropriate actions required to solve queries within guidelines
  • Deliver customer satisfaction through excellent service quality
  • Able to understand games from a gamer's perspective and give in-depth support
  • Shift work may be required (weekend/evening)


  • This position is for English AND Cantonese speaking persons only
  • Must be fluent in both conversational Cantonese and English
  • Strong in written communication - Traditional Chinese (Cantonese) and English
  • Applicants who has a strong interest in games are preferred
  • Experience is not a must, but applicants with experience in the field of Customer Service or equivalent will be preferred
  • PC literate: Basic knowledge of internet, email and keyboard skills are required
  • Show consideration for colleagues and cooperate effectively as a strong team player
  • Able to show initiative to take responsibility for own actions and decisions
  • Solve problems and analyze information accurately with appropriate speed
