Job Descriptions

  1. Handling of inbound and outbound calls
  2. Handling order taking process
  3. Attending to customers feedback

Requirements:

  1. Minimum ‘N’ Level / ‘O’ Level / ITE or equivalent
  2. PC Literate
  3. Good communication skills
  4. Customer service oriented & willing to learn
  5. Customer service / call centre related work experience preferred
  6. Flexible in working shift hours
  7. Able to work on weekends
  8. Only Singaporeans

Other Information:

  1. Training will be provided
  2. Able to start work immediately
  3. Working Location : Tampines (Transport pick up from MRT station)
