Responsibilities:
Interact with Customers in the Asia Pacific region
Work with Sales Team across Asia Pacific
Order processing & maintaining files
Prepare & submit L/C documents to Bank
Coordinate with Finance and Logistics team
Liaise with US team
General Office Administrative work
Fluent in Mandarin and English Language (Job demands liaising with Chinese Customers)
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Accounting OR Office Administration OR Export/Import Documentation (added advantage).
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
