- An employee is responsible for daily communication with clients, and provides service for activities related to freight forwarding and logistics services within Company The main objectives are maintaining existing accounts and support outdoor sales to develop business. - Maintain and develop existing house accounts and specific key accounts - Liaise, coordinate and monitor with overseas offices on customer p.o. follow up, cargo movement, shipping / flight details and arrival of goods - Maintenance of customer folders and quotations - Keep outdoor sales informed about inquiries and shipment status and any other related customer information - Information to outdoor sales of any new prospects for their follow up and visit - Handle telephone inquiries and ad hoc quotations - Provide support & assistance to overseas offices pertaining sales matters and shipment follow up. - Liaise and coordinate with operation, if requested for smooth handling of shipments
Requirements: - At least 1-2 years of working experience in shipping, transport and supply chain management or trading industry - Experience in ISO Tank background will be advantage - Degree/diploma in business related discipline and/or certificates in import/export and sales/marketing
