Job Descriptions


  1. Handling of emails and inbound calls on general inquiries (e.g. shipment tracking, product information) & after sales inquiries (e.g. refunding of items due to damage, wrong size, etc.).
  2. Training will be provided



  1. Minimum ‘N’ Level / ‘O’ Level / ITE or equivalent
  2. Customer Service Executive for a leading Indonesian vendor. Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
  3. Customer service / call centre related work experience preferred
  4. PC Literate
  5. Good communication skills
  6. Customer service oriented & willing to learn
  7. Able to start work immediately
