- Handle enquiries, feedback and provide resolutions to customers over the phone.
- Processing of reservations support work related to pricing, ticketing and schedule changes.
- 5 days work week
- Able to work rotating shifts between 0700am to 1000pm (8 to 9 hours per shift, Sat/Sun may not be an OFF day)
- Able to identify cause of problems & recommend solutions.
- Able to speak confidently
- Professional training will be provided to enable staff to handle any situation.
- 1 year contract inclusive of training period
