 Customer Service Manager (European Automotive)

 

Job Description :

 

To manage a front reception office operation for a multi-franchise with responsibilities for managing Customers' Feedback Management system (for sales and after-sales operations)

 

Overseeing all front line staff with :

  • A focus on strengthening resources and processes to improve customer satisfaction level on continuing basis (Customer Service Index /Customer Viewpoint) 
  • Improving service turnover from implementation of Aftersales marketing & promotional activities e.g. Service packages, Accessories sales, car care/grooming, etc 
  • Strengthening a positive customer image through continuous effort in :

1. Managing all customer feedback ensuring every case is resolved and closed

2. Attaining high degree of Service Follow-up Call

3. Managing Service Recovery / Breakdown assistance

4. Application of Warranty

5. Phone skills handling management  

  • Manage shop capacity in close coordination with Workshop 
  • Ensure the compliance of Internal Audit action plan by staff

 

 

 Requirements : 

  • Diploma in Mechanical / Automotive and Management or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Marketing
  • Excellent Customer Handling Skills
  • Team player
  • High degree of Interpersonal Skills
  • At least 3 years in management level - Aftersales Service
  • At least 5 years with Automotive Industries - Aftersales Service

  

 

 

 Customer Service Assistant (Automotive / Car)

   

Job Description : 

  • Review invoice and check with customers on the mode of payment that he/she would prefer and
  • obtain customer’s signature on invoice.
  • Complete payment transaction according to agreed terms and conditions before releasing vehicle.
  • Check and tally daily sales collection and submit daily report including outstanding cash payment.
  • Provide assistance and support to Customer Service Advisor, Meeter and Greeter.
  • Verify customer’s signature/identify on the gate pass before vehicle key is issued.
  • Obtain customer’s signature on the job card for tow-in vehicle.
  • Answer all telephone calls within 3 rings in a courteous and pleasant tone and voice with
  • appropriate greetings, salutation where appropriate, announcement of company name and
  • personal name.
  • Transfer the calls in a professional manner where the other party is being informed of the transfer
  • and the extension that they are being transferred to.
  • Record messages accurately from customers.

 Requirements : 

  • Min. GCE "N"/"O" Levels
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience
  • PC Literate
  • Basic computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint).
  • Present disposition and customer service oriented
  • Able to withstand pressure

  

 

Customer Service Officer (Car Rental, Alexandra)

  

Job Responsibilities : 

  • Handles all customer car rental enquiries and selling optional services
  • Process customer car rentals and returns
  • Arrange cars to be ready for customers
  • Collect or deliver cars to customers’ offices or hotels
  • Collate all transactions into daily business report

Requirements :

  • GCE ‘O’/’N’ Level
  • 1-2 years’ experience in customer service
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Possess Class 3 driving license
  • Proficient in the use of personal computer software programs

 

 

 

Customer Service Officer (Car Rental, Airport)

  

Job Responsibilities : 

  • Handles all customer car rental enquiries and selling optional services
  • Process customer car rentals and returns
  • Arrange cars to be ready for customers
  • Collect or deliver cars to customers’ offices or hotels
  • Collate all transactions into daily business report

Requirements :

  • GCE ‘O’/’N’ Level with at least a C6 in GCE ‘N’ Level English
  • 1-2 years’ experience in customer service
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Possess Class 3 driving license
  • Proficient in the use of personal computer software programs
  • Able to work at the Airport / Central locations
  • Able to work on weekends/public holidays
