- Oversee and manage the Customer Service Department for a spa/beauty services related provider.
- Lead and supervise the team in various aspects of good customer service processes.
- Equip the staff with effective techniques of customer service including products knowledge, complaints handling, problems solving etc.
- Train junior staff to deliver a high standard of service professionally and to be able to appreciate market trends.
- A self-motivated individual.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree or equivalent.
- At least 3-4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
