Term: 1 year contract and up to S$2000 monthly salary

Handle inbound and outbound call
Email management
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Min O' level / SPM
Min 1 year's experience in customer service
Able to work in graveyard and rotating shift
Good communication skills
Service oriented attitude
Good team player
Good command of Chinese as you will need to handle Chinese spearking customers
