Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:
- Ensure excellent post sales customer service.
- Attend to hotline
- Ensure all cases are managed promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate schedule with customers
- Assist any other task as and when required
Requirements:
- 'N' Levels or Above
- Excellent oral communication in Mandarin
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Able to work in fast paced environment
- Excellent in Microsoft office
- Customer Service or Retails Sales experience an advantage
