Job Descriptions


  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and requests
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints satisfactorily
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle service inquiries
  • Document the details of inquiries, comments and complaints and record actions taken & follow upwithcustomers
  • Communicate and coordinate with peers on outstanding cases and necessary updates


To be successful in this fast paced environment, you will be required to:

  • Minimum Diploma with relevant experience or Degree in any field of studies
  • Be articulate with a strong command of spoken English and one other local language
  • Excellent telephone etiquette with passion in customer service
  • Be a team player with strong interpersonal & problem solving skills
  • Must be prepared to work on shifts and weekends
  • Shift allowances are provided
  • Preferably Singaporean/SPR to apply
