CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER (COUNTER OPERATIONS) – 2 Posts
Salary: $1600-$2000)
Location: Somerset/ Woodlands/ Toa Payoh
Working hour: Office hour (NO Shift)
At the counter, Handling general and account-related enquiries
Making payment arrangements for arrears in the bills over the counter
About 1 month training provided.
Requirements:
Diploma or Mininum 3 GCE ‘O’ level with 1 – 3 years experience in customer service/ frontline environment.
*FRESH Poly Dip Graduates welcome to apply; training provided.
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
Good written and communication skills
