Your role: 

  • Handle customer's enquiries, follow-ups thru phone and e-mail correspondences.
  • Coordination and maintaining the updated records of all calls.

What we're required:

  • Excellent problem solving skills, Vibrant, good interpersonal and communication skills
  • At least 1-2 years working experience in technical support / troubleshooting experience within the computer industry or call center experience is an advantage
  • Knowledge in Microsoft operating systems and hardware troubleshooting
  • Fluent in oral Bahasa Indon is an advantage
  • Competency using Microsoft Windows and Email handling
  • Fluent in oral and written English and Mandarin
  • Ability and desire to excel in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Attractive working hours - 2 rotating shifts
