What we're required:
- Excellent problem solving skills, Vibrant, good interpersonal and communication skills
- At least 1-2 years working experience in technical support / troubleshooting experience within the computer industry or call center experience is an advantage
- Knowledge in Microsoft operating systems and hardware troubleshooting
- Fluent in oral Bahasa Indon is an advantage
- Competency using Microsoft Windows and Email handling
- Fluent in oral and written English and Mandarin
