What you will be doing:

  • Handle emails and calls promptly and efficiently
  • Provide operations support duties such as call back to customers to ensure complete resolution
  • Provide service recovery via call back to customers who had a negative experience
  • Identify service lapse in the course of handling calls and cases for coaching purpose
  • Ensure performance measures are met at all times

What we're required:

  • GCE 'N' level and above
  • Preferably good Mandarin Speaking
  • Excellent customer service and problem solving skills.
  • Positive and able to drive team to achieve targets.
  • Ability to multi-task and Solid computer literacy
  • Exceptional customer service skills and Diplomacy
  • Experiences in call centre / customer service skill is advantage
  • Fluent in oral and written English and Mandarin
