Job Descriptions

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound phone and email enquiries
  • Assist with customer’s issue and provide advice/ resolution
  • Follow up escalation/complaint case promptly
  • Ensure all standards and procedures are followed and maintained
  • Other Ad-hoc duties assigned as assigned by Supervisor/ Manager

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level, GCE ‘A’ Level or Diploma with exposure to call centre experience is an advantage
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Candidate with ability to speak other languages will be advantageous
  • Willing to perform staggered shift including weekend and public holidays
  • Able to work well in a team
  • Must be customer focus
  • Independent and resourceful
