5 days, Alt Saturday

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Call Centre ~ with morning shift hours

 

• Ensure all activities meet and integrate with quality assurance and a high standard of customer service.

 

• Be the primary contact for assisting company's members

 

• Ensure that Customers' complalints are solved promptly.

 

• Act as a mediator in handling complaint cases and ensure that justified compensation packages are accorded to complaint members, whilst ensuring customer retention.

 

• Monitor internal staff are giving Quality Service

 

• Any other duties as required and/or directed.

 

 


Key Requirements:

 

• Diploma and above

 

• At least 2 years experience as a customer service specialist in a similar position

 

• Demonstrate sales ability and professional/technical knowledge of hospitality, communications and English.

 

• Ability to identify and recognize customer needs and meet those needs. Exceeding customer satisfaction is expected in all member interactions.
