Job Descriptions

Responsibilities

  • Maintain knowledge of products and services
  • Respond to incoming requests
  • Identify opportunities to turn dissatisfied customers into happy customers
  • Handle challenging situations or objections to handle complaints and queries effectively
  • Working cohesively with other Teams/Stakeholders to achieve company and department objectives
  • Reporting regularly to Team Manager on all activities relating to the role

 

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels certificate
  • At least 1 year experience with call center (preferably in Telco/Insurance industry)
  • Pleasant voice and cheerful, energetic personality
  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Those with insurance certifications preferred, but not necessary
  • Singaporeans and Singapore PRs only
