Job Descriptions

  • Attend large number of inbound & outbound calls
  • Handle all enquiries from clients regarding on policy issues and service professionally
  • Ensure that customers are being served professionally in terms of accuracy of information, clarity and simplicity of text
  • Provide quotation to clients,within authority limits granted
  • Follow-up on outstanding renewals and quotes (new business)
  • Handle challenging situations or objections to handle complaints and queries effectively
  • Respond to incoming feedback/complains/enquiries

  • Candidate with Customer Service /  Telemarketing experience will be advantageous
  • Relavant qualifications in general insurance will be advantageous.
