  • Record all enquiries in the call management system and open case files,when necessary.
  • Document all relevant information and data in an effective and accurate manner
  • Conduct research when needed on method,providers,services,procedures or any information for providing quality assistance to the company's clients
  • Attempt to handle first level escalation
