  • Screen and attend to inbound calls
  • Respond to customers’ enquiries via phone and emails
  • Administration duties including follow up correspondences, inbound/outbound call tracking and reporting
  • Any other duties as assigned from time to time


  • Diploma / 'A' Levels with at least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive and matured personality
