Having completed our training program, you will be able to assist our premium and high value card members with their travel bookings with a particular focus on the high end luxury travel segment.

Responsibilities include research on destinations and products, providing recommendations to premium card members, making necessary bookings and assisting with visa applications.

If you have a minimum of 2 years customer service experience, take great pride in going above and beyond to provide extraordinary service to your clients, this role could be for you.

Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English are essential along with being computer savvy and having a willingness to learn.
