Job Scope

  • Provide good customer service (frontline / call centre) in compliance with set standards
  • Ensure all customers receive assistance / support they requested
  • Handle queries and provide solutions to issues
  • Manage resolve complaints tactfully
  • Entry and maintenance of customer data
  • Follow up on feedback / information requested

Requirements

  • GCE ‘N’ Levels & above (Different roles require different education levels)
  • 6 months / 1 year / Permanent job opportunity
  • Good communication skills
  • People oriented and able to speak to all kinds of people
  • Ability to work rotational shifts (incl weekends) when required
