Job Descriptions
- Act as front - liners giving excellent customer service at all time
- Making outbound calls to our existing pool of customers (mainly to gather feedback, attend to customer queries & schedule appointments)
- Perform contract renewal, customer retention and contract termination
- Generate and maintain report and certificates
- Assist Supervisor to resolve daily operation issues
Requirements :
- Min GCE N Level and above
- Min 1 year working experiences
- Experience in call centre will be a plus
- Familiar with Customer Service
- Computer literate
