Job Descriptions

  • Delivery - Local & Export
  • Coordinate & Issuing of Delivery Order
  • Generate Invoice upon shipment made
  • Preparation & Coordination for delivery
  • Sales Pursue/Sales Order Entry & Reporting
  • Request customer for Forecast & Follow up for New/Repeat order
  • Prepare Official Quotation for customer
  • Inventory Management
  • Determine the demand & current stock situation to determine any replenishment needed
  • Prepare Monthly Report
  • Others duties/projects as instructed by supervisor/manager



  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, any field
  • Preferable a min. 2 years of experience in Customer Service
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese(Mandarin)to liaise with Chinese speaking customers
  • Knowledge of shipping documentation is advantageous
  • Strong Microsoft Application skills - MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint
  • Good remuneration + AWS
